If you want to change the account, just click on "Sign in with another account" and repeat the process. To send active messages, it is necessary to use "template" messages. The templates must be authorized by Meta. You can follow the step-by-step process of Blip to build your templates. Sending Active Messages in Bulk Bulk sending of active messages is done through "Workflows" in Hubspot. Configure the flow as you see fit. If you haven't set up any workflows yet, refer to the Hubspot documentation. When you want to send a bulk message using WhatsApp, add a new block: the integration is listed as "Blip - White Wall" within the "Connected Apps" section. Integration works both in existing flows and in new ones. Select the bot that will trigger the message, the property containing the WhatsApp number, and the template, and fill in the template data. Attention: each line corresponds to a template variable. Also, the order in which variables are replaced in the template is "from top to bottom," meaning the 1st variable is replaced by the 1st line, the 2nd variable by the 2nd line, and so on. You need to fill in all fields related to your template for the message to be sent. For example, if your template contains a link to an image, you need to fill in the "Media file link" field. Also, pay attention to the number of lines in the "Variables separated by line" field, which must match exactly the number of variables in the template. Once the block is configured, simply click "Save" and "Review and publish" to activate the flow. It is advisable to create a simple flow first for validation. Sending Individual Active Message You can also send the message to a single contact if you wish. Visit the page of the contact in question. In the right menu, look for a "Blip" block. It may be the last block on the list. By activating the block, you can click "Send active message." Select the property containing the phone number that will receive the message and the template, then fill in the data related to the template. Just like in mass sending, it's important that all fields of the template are filled in for the sending to be completed. Once everything is complete, simply click "Send," and the message will be sent. Individual message sending has some limitations compared to mass sending: it's not possible to use templates that have buttons, videos, or documents (for now!).
