Installation and Configuration User manual Support Introduction With the Permanent History | Standard extension, you can access the entire history of your customers' conversations. Whenever needed, just search using various types of data and you'll be able to find the desired conversation. As an example of how it works, consider needing to access an old conversation with a contact, whether to revisit a possible sale, identify communication breakdowns within the team, detect trends and patterns, or many other reasons. And the best part is, you can search these conversations by name, phone number, ID, document, gender, city, and email, increasing the chances of finding the desired conversation. 😄 How it works? The extension was created to make it easier to search for conversations and to view a history longer than 90 days more dynamically, ensuring that you can always look back, no matter how much time has passed since the interaction. The following features are offered: View the entire conversation history of a user; Search contacts by name; Search contacts by phone; Search contacts by identity; Search contacts by document; Search contacts by gender; Search contacts by city; Search contacts by email; Search messages in a conversation. Installation and Configuration To use the Permanent History | Standard extension, you need to access the contract where you want to install it and then access the Router bot. After doing this, navigate to the extensions section where the Blip Store will open, and search for "Permanent History | Standard." Once found, you will need to activate it and install it. After it's activated, installed, and the terms are accepted, the extension will start a synchronization process, retrieving all conversations that remain saved in Blip. This means conversations within a 90-day period.If it's uninstalled, all history stored in the extension is automatically deleted. Therefore, no data will be saved. In case of reinstallation, none of the previous data will be recovered. User manual Any user with access to the contract and the Router bot can perform all the extension's functions.Once the extension is installed, if the user has the appropriate access, they can use the extension when they start it. It's worth noting that on first access, after acceptance, as indicated in the previous section, the process of synchronizing saved conversations on the platform begins, as follows: To use the extension, follow the steps below: Step 1) Access the router; Step 2) Click the three dots and select the extension, as shown in the image: Step 3) Once in the extension, wait for synchronization, then click the search bar. Type in what you want to search for. Keep in mind that you can search in 6 different ways: by name, phone number, email, gender, document, identity, or city. Step 4) After typing, click the magnifying glass icon, and everything that matches the search will appear. Example of a name search: Example of a phone number search: Step 5) After finding the contact you want, click on it, and then you can browse the entire conversation history, which will appear on the right side of your screen. If you want to search for something even more specific in the conversation, you can do that too. Follow these steps: Step 1) While in the contact's conversation, click the magnifying glass on the right side of the contact's name to search for a keyword or topic. Step 2) When you click it, a search box will appear, as shown below: Step 3) Enter the message/term you want to search for, and this search will happen dynamically and in real-time. Right after the search, you will see how many times that word appears in the conversation, and you can navigate through them intuitively by clicking the arrow pointing up (to move up in the conversation) and the arrow pointing down (to move down in the conversation). The found terms will be highlighted in blue. Support This Standard plan of the extension includes up to 27,000 contacts or up to 600,000 messages. If you exceed these limits, the extension stops updating in real-time, keeping everything already saved until you upgrade to the advanced version "Permanent History | Premium," which allows the extension to search again.
