Piperun (Notifications) - Help Center May 06, 2024 12:52 Updated Index: Introduction How it works? Installation and Configuration Registering the automated action? User manual Step-by-Step Guide for Using the Extension Dependencies Terms of Use Support Introduction The Piperun (Notifications) extension is integrated with the Piperun CRM to automatically send active messages when a card undergoes any action within the CRM. As an example of how it works, imagine a company with multiple pipelines and stages in its Piperun CRM that wants to send active messages based on the movements of each card to build closer relationships with customers. Since manually sending active messages can be exhausting, especially with large volumes, moving cards in the CRM and then sending active messages to customers who have had actions performed on them can become an impractical task. That's where the Piperun (Notifications) extension comes in, automating the sending of active messages based on the actions of the cards in the Piperun CRM, significantly boosting productivity and allowing you to focus on what really matters. 😉 How it works? The Piperun (Notifications) extension was designed to simplify and speed up the process of sending active messages, allowing it to be done automatically depending on the actions within the CRM. The following features are offered: Integration with the Piperun CRM to obtain the pipelines in use; Integration with the Piperun CRM to obtain the stages used in each pipeline; Integration with the Piperun CRM to get the possible actions for each card; Integration with Blip's content section to automatically bring in all previously approved templates for active messages; Automatic sending of active messages based on actions from the CRM.
