Installation and configuration User manual Support Introduction With the Permanent History | Premium extension, you can access all your clients' conversation history. Whenever you need it, simply search with various types of data, and you'll be able to view the desired conversation. As an example of how it works, just imagine the need to access an old conversation with a contact, whether to revisit a potential sale, identify communication flaws within the team, spot trends and patterns, among many other things. And the best part is, you'll be able to search these conversations by name, phone number, identity, document, gender, city, and email, increasing your chances of finding the desired conversation. How it works? The extension was created to make searching for conversations easier, and viewing a history of more than 90 days more dynamic, ensuring that you can always go back, no matter how long it has been since the interaction. The following features are offered: View the entire conversation history of a user; Search contacts by name; Search contacts by phone number; Search contacts by identity; Search contacts by document; Search contacts by gender; Search contacts by city; Search contacts by email; Search messages within a conversation. Installation and configuration To use the Permanent History | Premium extension, you need to access the contract you want to install it on, and then access the Router bot. Once there, navigate to the extensions part where the Blip Store will open, and search for "Permanent History | Premium". Once found, you'll need to activate it and install it. Once activated, installed, and terms accepted, the extension will start a synchronization process where it will retrieve all conversations that are still saved in Blip. In other words, conversations within the 90-day period. If uninstalled, all history stored in the extension is automatically erased. Therefore, no data will be kept. In case of reinstallation, none of the previous data will be recovered. User manual Any user with access to the contract and the Router bot can perform all the functions of the extension.Once the extension is installed, and the user has the necessary access, when starting it, they will be able to use the extension. It is worth noting that on the first access, after acceptance, as indicated in the previous topic, the synchronization process of the conversations saved on the platform begins, as follows: To use it, simply follow the steps below: Step 1) Access the router; Step 2) Click on the three dots and select the extension, as shown in the image: Step 3) Upon entering the extension, wait for synchronization and then click on the search bar. After that, type what you want to search for. Remember that your search can be done by 6 paths, including name, phone number, email, gender, document, identity, and city. Step 4) After typing, click on the magnifying glass icon, and everything corresponding to what was typed will appear. Example search by name: Example search by phone: Step 5) After finding the contact you want, click on it and then you can navigate through the entire conversation history that will appear on the right side of your screen. If you want to search for something even more specific in the conversation, it's also possible. Follow the step-by-step guide below: Step 1) While within the contact's conversation, click on the magnifying glass to the right of the contact's name to search for the keyword of the subject. Step 2) Upon clicking, a search block will appear, as follows: Step 3) Type the message/term you want to search for, and this search will be done dynamically and in real-time. After the search, the number of times that word is repeated in the conversation will appear, and you can navigate through them in a very intuitive way by clicking on the up arrow (to go up in the conversation) and the down arrow (to go down in the conversation). The found terms will be highlighted in blue around them. Support This Premium extension plan includes up to 60,000 contacts or 1,500,000 messages. Above these values, the extension stops updating in real-time, keeping everything that was already saved until the upgrade to the advanced version is made, and the extension performs this search.
