Important: The Bot Backup extension only backs up the chatbot flow's source code. This backup does not include contact data, data generated from event logs, or reports, and is limited exclusively to the flow built in the Builder.

Introduction

Bot Backup is a paid extension that allows daily/instantaneous backup of your bot's flow. The extension enables the storage and download of the last 50 backups.

How it works?

Automatic backups are performed daily at 01:00 AM UTC -03 with the option to be performed instantly by the user without interfering with the daily backup.

Installation and Configuration

After activating the extension through the Blip Store, the extension must be installed on the chatbot (extension not functional on routers). Once installed, it must be accessed once to configure the bot information.
