Additionally, it enables you to trigger active WhatsApp messages from the extension automations. This extension is paid and developed by the company White Wall. How it works? The Active Campaign extension offers the following functionalities: CRM automation; Updating Active Campaign CRM data from intelligent contacts; Updating tags in Active Campaign from intelligent contacts; Creating automations in Active Campaign from the Blip platform; Sending active messages quickly and easily. Installation and Configuration First, log in and enter your password on the Blip platform. Then, go to the “Blip Store” tab and search for "Active Campaign". Select the extension and install it in the desired bot. Usage examples Router and subbot usage Install the extension on the subbot or router. After installation, access the bot, then select three dots and click on “Active Campaign”. Open Active Campaign, “Settings”, “Developer”, copy the API URL and Key. Return to the extension installed on the router and paste the copied URL and Key. Then click on “Install extension”. If you want to install AC to send automatic messages on Blip, go to “WhatsApp Automation”. Select your router bot and then select the message template. Next, in the “Setup” tab, read the step-by-step instructions. In the instructions, there will be a step for automation in AC. (Do not skip this instruction. It is mandatory to read.) Sending information from the Blip platform to AC In the “Settings” section, click on “Install extension”. Next, a page will open for an extension that needs to be installed on your computer “Blip Builder Addictions”. Without it, you cannot access the functionalities. After that, access the “Builder” of your bot. Reload your screen for the extension to recognize the page. Click on the “+” button and “New Integration”. Name your box (information on the right). Then click on “Integrations” and select “Active Campaign”. After this, click on "Action" and select the action you wish to perform in Active Campaign (Fetch contact, set contact, fetch tag, etc.). Next, save a return variable, which is a variable that captures the result of the previously described action. Testing CRM flow functionality Create your desired CRM flow. Verify your actions and variables placed. Don't forget the return variable for the result! Then, publish the flow (bottom left corner of the screen). Click on "Publish Flow". Next, open Blip Chat and test the variables. Afterward, access the Active Campaign platform and go to the "Contacts" tab. Automatically, the information that the customer sends in the flow will update in the contacts on the platform.
