Introduction 

The Zapier extension is a tool that allows you to integrate Blip with Zapier. With it, you can send active messages, individually or in bulk, on WhatsApp. Furthermore, it is possible to integrate flows from other services, such as Google Sheets, Gmail, HubSpot, Facebook Ads and others. And the best: It is not necessary to have programming knowledge to use it.

 

Zapier was developed for companies that want to improve their services and customer experience without the need for extensive programming knowledge.

How does it work? 

The Zapier extension has the following features: 

  • Blip integration with Zapier to send individual or mass active messages on Whatsapp.

 

Installation and configuration 

Install the extension. Then click “Activate”.

 

 

You will be redirected to a screen with your bot's identifier and a password (Public Key).

 

 

Attention! Leave this tab open when integrating with Zapier. You will need to copy this data.

 

Then create a flow (Zap) in Zapier. When you want to send active messages, add an action Blip type.

 

 

To configure the integration, first select the type of action (send a message on WhatsApp).

 

In the account tab, click to add a new one.

 

One pop-up will appear and, in it, you must paste the extension information from the Blip Store.

 

Next, it's time to configure the template. In the action tab, select the variables as desired. You can use variables from your other Zapier integrations too (Google Sheets, Gmail, HubSpot, Facebook Ads and others).

 

 

In the testing tab, send a message to yourself to check if everything is working correctly.

 

If everything is correct, you will receive the message and the “Total” sent will be greater than zero.

 

Finish building your flow however you want. In the end, remember to publish it so it's officially running.
