Enable and Disable Instagram

To activate Instagram, select the Channels icon and then connect Instagram, or follow this link: https://blipgo.packs.blip.ai/channels

Please note that only Blip Go! admins can make this change.

On the screen that appears, read the instructions and click [Start connection].       To connect Instagram, you must have permanent administrator permissions for both the Facebook page and the business Instagram account associated with the company. Ensure that you are logged in with the correct Facebook and Instagram accounts that have the necessary permissions before proceeding.

Tips

• Your Instagram account must also be connected to Facebook and linked to a business page. If you don't have a business page yet, learn how to create one here.
• Your Instagram account must be professional. If you don’t have a professional account yet, learn how to create one here.
• The Facebook and Instagram accounts need to be connected. If you haven’t done this yet, learn how to link them here

Next, click on [I have a business page]. A new confirmation will appear, and you should click on [I have a professional account]. Confirm that the accounts are linked and click [The accounts are linked].

You will need to allow access by clicking [Access Granted], and then proceed to connect to Facebook. A popup will appear prompting you to log in; follow the instructions and confirm.

Next, select the Instagram account available for activation and click [Connect to Instagram].

That's it! Now Blip Go! is connected to your Instagram channel and will be able to provide support to all users who reach out via your Instagram Direct Messenger.

Deactivate Instagram

To disconnect Instagram, you will need to access the Blip portal. Please note that only Blip Go! admins can make this change.

Blip portal access: https://blipatendimentotrial.blip.ai/application

Select the builder with the "Router" classification, as shown in the image below.

After that, select the Channels grouping and choose the Instagram channel. On the screen that appears, click [Disconnect channel].
