Enable and disable Facebook Messenger

To activate Facebook Messenger, select the Channels icon and then connect Messenger, or follow this link: https://blipgo.packs.blip.ai/channels

You will be redirected to the Blip portal. Please note that only Blip Go! admins can make this change.
On the screen that appears, read the instructions and click on the [Settings] section. Then, click the [Use Blip Native Application] button and [Connect to Facebook]. You will be redirected to log in with Facebook and will need to grant permission for Blip to access some information.
Select the available Facebook Messenger account for activation and click [Connect Facebook Messenger].

Once done, Blip Go! will be connected to your Facebook Messenger channel and will be able to support all users who reach out through your direct messenger.

Deactivating Facebook Messenger

To deactivate Facebook Messenger, you will need to access the Blip portal. Please note that only Blip Go! admins can make this change.

Blip portal access (Pro plan): https://blipatendimentoclientes.blip.ai/application

Select the builder with the "Router" classification, as shown in the image below.

After that, select the Channels grouping and choose the Facebook Messenger channel. On the screen that appears, click [Disconnect channel].
