Introduction

DeskReply is a practical extension that allows you to view documents and images sent by customers (Reply from WhatsApp), making customer service faster and more efficient.

Imagine being able to view documents and images sent by your customers directly on the support screen, without complications. With DeskReply, you speed up customer service and enhance the customer experience.

How does it work?

DeskReply offers the following features:

  • Direct viewing of documents sent by customers on the support screen.
  • Display of images sent in responses, providing a clear reference for support.

The extension is compatible with the following platforms:

  • Blip Desk
  • Google Chrome

Installation and Configuration

DeskReply installation is done directly on the Router. Follow the steps below to set up the extension:

  1. Select the support bot where you want to apply the extension.

 

2. Click the Update or Activate Extension button, as shown in the image above.

 

3. After that, the extension must be installed in Google Chrome. Simply click on the link highlighted in red on the screen below:

 

4. After clicking the link, you will be redirected to the screen below:

 

After clicking Add to Chrome, the extension will be active and ready to use, automatically integrating with Blip Desk.

Usage Examples

Here is an example of how DeskReply works in practice:

  • A customer sends an image in response to a previous message. The extension displays this image directly on the support screen, allowing the agent to clearly see the customer's reference.
