If you are an agent managing a large volume of tickets in Blip Desk, this extension is perfect for you. It helps you save time and boosts your work efficiency.
This is a paid extension developed by the company White Wall.

How does it work?

The Blip Desk Ticket Search extension offers the following functionality:

  • Agents can perform fast and accurate searches directly within Blip Desk. Simply input the ID, tags, or queue of the desired tickets, and the extension instantly filters the results.

Installation and Configuration

First, log in to the Blip platform and access the Blip Store.

Then, search for the Blip Desk Ticket Search extension. Install the extension on the desired support bot.

Installing the Extension on Google Chrome

Go to the Blip Store. Then, click on the three dots in the upper right corner. Search for the extension "Blip Desk Ticket Search."

Click on "Activate plugin."

You also need to install the extension on Google Chrome. To do this, click on the indicated area on the website, and you will be redirected to the Chrome Web Store page. On the page, click on "Add to Chrome" to proceed with the installation.

Attention! All agents who will use the extension in the chatbot need to install this extension on Chrome.

Go to Blip Desk and check if the extension was installed correctly.

Usage Examples

Imagine you need to locate a customer in your Blip Desk. However, you can’t find the customer’s ticket due to the high volume of interactions. Even so, it is crucial to find the information quickly to avoid delays and customer dissatisfaction.

Searching for Tickets in Blip Desk

After installing the extension in Blip and the Google Web Store, you should access Blip Desk.



On the screen, you will see the new search functionality called "Search ticket."

To search for a contact, type their name (e.g., "João Silva"), a tag associated with them (e.g.,"VIP Customer"), the ticket ID (e.g., "12345"), or other criteria in the search field.

That's it! Your extension is ready to use!
