Beholder - Debug for Routers and ChatBots

With Beholder it is possible to follow all the steps of a user in the bot. You can analyze a specific user and follow their entire journey: contact, context, elapsed time on each action and the complete raw log of actions performed at each step.

If you need to study your flow for improvements, find out why your client is stuck in the flow, or even want to "Debug" your Router:

Activate the Beholder:

1 - You need admin access on the bot or sub-bot;
2 - Access Beholder and activate ”Tracing”;
3 - Publish the bot to get Beholder up and running.
