Quick Reply With Quick Reply, you get structured feedback through buttons in a message, which helps significantly reduce the number of unexpected inputs from the user. This component provides a way to present a set of buttons in the conversation for users to respond. When a quick reply is tapped, the buttons are dismissed, and the title of the tapped button is posted in the conversation as a message. A maximum of 13 quick replies are accepted, and each quick reply allows up to 20 characters. Quick replies only support plain text. The Quick Replies component can be added directly through the Quick Reply content block in the Builder. Images The use of images does not replace text, but it helps to bring personality and bring the customer closer to your brand. It is a type of rich content that helps to complement the idea you want to convey in the message, generating more engagement in the interaction. Supported formats are: .jpg, .png, .ico, and .bmp. The image link must be on a public domain, and the image should be up to 8 MB. Images can be added to your conversational flow through the image block in the Builder. Requirements: The audio link must be on a public domain; Supported formats: acc, m4a, wav, or mp4; Maximum supported audio file size: 25MB. Requirements: The video link must be on a public domain; Supported formats: mp4, ogg, avi, mov, or webm; Maximum supported video file size: 25MB. Example of how this component is displayed in the conversational flow on Instagram: Carousel (Generic Template) This component allows sending a structured message that includes an image, text, and buttons. It is also possible to use a set of elements that will result in a horizontally scrolling carousel, with each element consisting of an image, text, and buttons. A maximum of 10 elements per message and a maximum of 3 buttons per element are accepted. Note: Call button (dialing a specific number) is not yet available for use in this component.
