Engage users to start conversations using Ice Breakers on Instagram February 24, 2023 19:26 Updated Ice Breakers are ways to start a conversation with a company using a list of frequently asked questions or main topics the company works on in the channel. This feature helps to engage users to start conversations with the company since the main topics covered by the brand are already presented before the conversation even starts. Important: Ice Breakers are only displayed on the user's first contact with the brand and up to 4 themes/questions are allowed. How to set up Ice Breakers in Blip In the Channels tab in Blip, select the Instagram channel and access the Channel Settings tab. Note: You must have Instagram connected to Blip to view the available channel settings. On the Settings screen, activate the switch for the Icebreaker functionality When activating the functionality, a field will be opened where up to 4 questions or main topics that your brand works can be registered. Just type each question/topic and hit Enter and then click Save Questions.
