Disabled Accounts: Cannot receive messages Cannot reply to customer messages Cannot start conversations with customers Cannot have phone numbers added To reverse these issues and restore your account, you can request a review of issues that you believe are incorrect. Follow the steps below to request a review of your account. Go to Account Quality Click on “Meta Business Accounts” in the left menu Then scroll down the page until you reach WhatsApp Accounts. Locate your WABA and click on its name. Click the “Update business profile” button on the right of the screen. If you are an administrator of more than one business manager, when you click on this button, you will be directed to a screen where you must choose which manager you want to update the information. Select the manager where your WABA was created. This will take you to the Company Information page in the manager. Fill in all fields according to your CNPJ card, without changing information. Now that you have filled in your company profile information, go back to your browser tab where you can view the account quality page and click on the “Request Review” button A text box will appear for you to explain to WhatsApp why your WhatsApp account was unfairly disapproved and why your business is within what is permitted by WhatsApp's business policies.
