What information can be found on the DAUs Report? Beta Version - Functionality has not been released to all customers. What is the Consumption Report and how to access it? It is a personalized area that gathers all the billable consumption metrics of a contract. The Consumption Report only shows the metrics considered generating the invoice for the specific contract. This way, the plan monitoring is centralized. It is also possible to access detailed screens for each metric. The metrics presented may vary depending on the type of contract. Overview - MAU Overview - DAU You can access the Consumption Report through the Contract Dashboard. This report is available for users with an Administrator profile. Who has access to the Consumption Report? Access to the Consumption Report was previously available to customers who are charged for DAUs, Attendants and/or WhatsApp chats. Now, it is also available to customers who are charged for MAUs and Messages. Note that customers must have a contract view in order to access the Report. Who is the Consumption Report for? The Consumption Report is intended for the person responsible for monitoring the consumption of the contracted plan. The main benefits of this functionality are: visualizing the contracted volumes and predicting the volume (consumption volume per metric) that will be billed in the next billing cycle. When you can estimate the current volume, it is easier to figure out, for example, if launching a new campaign will generate an additional charge at the end of the month. In addition to other benefits, the Consumption Report allows you to understand if the contracted plan aligns with the reality of your Intelligent Contact and helps you determine the ideal time to upgrade your plan. How often are the data updated? The values considered for the month-end closing will be available within a period of up to 5 business days from the last day of that same month. Before that, the available values may not correspond to 100% of the consumption for the period. Before the month-end closing, the label “Partial Consumption” will be displayed next to the name of your plan. How to track your consumption using the Consumption Report By accessing the Consumption Report, alongside the Plan Overview, you can select the period you want to analyze. The customer's consumption history will not be shown; the report view will be valid from the current month of the functionality’s release. In the first area, you can see the name of the plan, the analysis period, and a quick status of the plan. Following, each area represents a chargeable metric. You can access the metrics details by clocking on the “Show more” button on the desired metric, or via the side menu. Metrics Overview - MAUs Metrics Overview - DAUs What is the “plan status”? The plan status is a notification that informs the current consumption status of the contracted plan. The status can have three possible values: Within limits; Near limits; Exceeded limits. Within limits: Indicates that the plan consumption is within the limits set in the contract. In this case, none of the metrics are close to the usage limit. This will be reflected in the plan status banner, which will display a smiling Blipinho informing that “Your consumption is within the limits of the contracted plan.” Close to limits It indicates that the volume of at least one billable metric of the plan has reached 80% or more of the contracted quantity. In this case, a winking Blipinho will appear, saying “Your consumption is close to the limits of the contracted plan.” Exceeded limits Indicates that the consumption of at least one metric has exceeded the contracted plan. In this case, a proportional amount will be charged according to the commercial contract. The shown Blipinho will be wearing glasses, with an attentive expression. The yellow status banner will inform you that “Your consumption has exceeded the limits of the contracted plan. But don't worry! You can continue using your plan. The excess will be detailed on the pages of each metric." What information can be found on the MAUs and Messages Report? You can find these metrics details via the “Show more” button on the desired metric or via the side menu. In addition to the name of the plan, the period of analysis and a quick status of the plan, in the first area you can also see the total volume of MAUs and total Messages used. Next, you can see both the volume of MAUs and Messages by chatbot. You can access the full list of chatbots via the “Show details” button. And finally, you can see the count of daily active users, which shows the volume per day. What information can be found on the DAUs Report? In addition to the name of the plan, the period of analysis and a quick status of the plan, you can also see in the first area of the Consumption Report the total volume of DAUs. On the right side of the chart, you'll find the weekly consumption analysis. You can track the weekly consumption through the bar chart. The total numbers and insights on which week had the highest consumption of the metric are located on the far right of the card.
