What is the Consumption Report and how to access it? It is a personalized area which brings together all billable consumption metrics for a contract. The Consumption Report only shows the metrics considered generating the invoice for the contract in question. This way, monitoring of the plan is centralized. You can also access the detail screens for each metric. Access to the Consumption Report is done through the Dashboard of the contract, which is available to users with an Administrator profile. Who has access to Report? Previously, access to the Consumption Report was already available to the Customers charged for DAUs, Attendants and/or WhatsApp Conversations. Now, we are also making it available to customers charged for MAUs and Messages. It is important to highlight that customers must have a view of the contract to access the Report. Who is the Consumer Report for?? The Consumption Report is intended for the person responsible for monitoring consumption of the contracted plan. The main benefits of this functionality are: Visualization of contracted volumes; The forecast of volume (consumption volume per metric) that will be billed in the next billing cycle. When you have an idea of the current volume, it becomes easier to analyze, for example, whether the launch of a new campaign will cause additional charges at the end of the month or not. In addition to other benefits, the Consumption Report allows you to understand whether the contracted plan is suitable for the reality of your Smart Contact and helps you to know the ideal time to upgrade your plan. How often is the data updated? The values considered for the closing of the month will be available within 5 business days, counting from the last day of this same month. Before that, it is possible that the available values do not correspond 100% to the consumption for the period. Before closing of the month, a tag “partial consumption” will be displayed next to your plan name. How to track your consumption using the Report By accessing the Consumption Report, next to Plan Overview, you can select the period you want to analyze. A view of customer consumption history will not be available; viewing the Report will be effective from the current month in which the functionality is released. On the first card, you can see the name of the plan, the review period, and a quick status of the plan. Next, each card represents a chargeable metric. It is possible to access the details of the metrics via the button “Show more” located in card of the desired metric, or, if you prefer, through the side menu. What is it o “status do plan”? The plan status is a notice that informs the current consumption status of the contracted plan. The status shows the following situations: Within the limits; Close to the limits; Exceeded the limits; Within the limits: Informs that the consumption of the plan is within the limits of the contracted plan. In this case, none of the metrics have usage close to the limit. This will reflect on the plan status banner, which will show a Blipinho smiling, informing that “Your consumption is within the limits of the contracted plan.” Close to limits: Indicates that the volume of at least one of the plan's billable metrics has reached 80% or more of the contracted quantity. In this case, a Blipinho blinking one eye and informing “Your consumption is getting close to the limits of the contracted plan.” Exceeded limits: Reports the consumption of at least one of the metrics went beyond the contracted plan. In this case, a proportional amount will be charged, in accordance with the commercial contract. The Blipinho will appear wearing glasses, with an attentive expression. The yellow status banner states that “Your consumption exceeded the limits of the contracted plan. But everything is fine! You can continue using your plan. The surplus will be described on the pages for each metric”. What information is included in the details of the MAUs and Messages Report?
