How to create charts in a custom report October 24, 2024 13:14 Updated Index: Creating a report Creating a chart On Blip's Analysis module you can create custom reports to analyze different metrics of the bot. These metrics are customized according to the context of each project. To create a report, access the Blip Portal, choose the Analysis module and click on the Create Report button and add a name. After creating a report, it is possible to include charts according to the necessary analysis. To do this, just click on the Add Chart button and follow the steps below: Creating a report Choose a format for the chart, a name, dimension and event category that will serve as the data source for the chart (as shown in the images below). For a new created category to appear as an option in the customized report, the Action: Event Log – Blip Help must have been configured and performed by a user, that is: The category only appears in the analysis module after a user who chatted with the chatbot goes through the block in which the Action: Event Log – Blip Help was created and only after that the category will be displayed in the customized reports. Creating a chart After setting all the information in the chart, it will appear within the report. Note that it is still possible to reorder the charts in a report. This greatly facilitates the organization of information. The image below shows a “Pizza” chart as an example: The fractional value of the pie below which a slice will not be displayed individually. All slices that do not exceed this limit will be combined into a single 'Others' fraction, whose size is the sum of all respective sizes. The default is to not individually display any slice smaller than half a degree.
