However, data rules and filters were applied to the dashboard screen to allow you to see only the sum of the active messages. These numbers may change regarding the value charged, since other billing rules and specific filters are applied and considered. ⦁ These active messages are processed through multiple channels and can be sent by chatbot, triggered by Growth and WhatsApp broadcast, Blip Desk, API, SDK, etc., and may or may not be processed as active messages, according to the 24-hour rule above.
