It is ideal for: Audits and Compliance: fulfilling legal or GDPR (LGPD) requests quickly. Quality Analysis: evaluating the full history of a specific service. Relationship Management: The system consolidates all conversations found for the reported contact. Required permissionsTo view and generate this report, you must have the View or View and edit permission level in the Analysis module. If you do not see the option, contact your account administrator.How to export the report In the Blip main menu, access Analysis. Next, access the Report Manager in the menu. Choose the desired period for extraction. Select the Complete conversation history option. In the search field, enter the contact's name, email, phone, or ID. (Name and phone must be entered specifically to avoid multiple results. Email and ID use exact search.) Click Generate report. The file will be processed and made available for PDF download in the list below. System rulesTo ensure the best performance, observe the following conditions: Results limit: when searching for generic terms (such as "Paulo"), the system will return up to 5 matching contacts. Be specific in your search to find the exact contact. Individual search: the report is generated for only one contact at a time. Media expiration: links to photos, videos, and audios within the PDF are available for only 72 hours. After this period, the links expire. Search types: email and ID use exact search, while name and phone allow approximate searches. Understanding system messagesDuring use, you may encounter the following messages and alerts:Processing and Success Alerts “The history is being processed and will be available soon”: indicates that Blip is gathering the data. Since the history can be long, the system needs a few seconds to generate the PDF. “Download contact's complete history”: this is the button that appears as soon as processing finishes. Click it to save the file to your computer. Error and Validation Messages “The contact was not found in the period”: indicates that we did not locate conversations with the information provided in the selected date range. Check if the period is correct or if the contact interacted with this specific bot. “Excessive results. Please refine your search for a more exact identification of the contact”: appears when the search returned many similar names. To resolve, try providing more specific data, such as the contact's email or ID. “The complete conversation history has expired. Generate again to obtain the data”: for security and to save space, the download link is not permanent. If you see this message, simply perform the search and click generate report again. “No contact was found. Check the applied filters and try again”: the information provided (name, email, etc.) does not correspond to any contact in the database; in this case, you can also try changing the selected Bot or Router. “No conversation was found. Check the applied filters and try again”: the contact was located, but there are no interactions recorded in the selected period. “Maximum processing time exceeded”: the volume of data for this contact is too large, and the system could not finish in time. Try reducing the selected date range. “An error occurred during processing”: something did not go as expected in the system. Try again in a few moments.
