Overview of the extension

The Redirect Link Extension is a powerful tool that allows your chatbot to track the number of clicks on available links, providing valuable information to monitor and optimize your bot's performance. With this extension, you can register your URLs and track the links, obtaining insights such as the states and regions of the country where the links are most accessed, the countries with the most accesses to your bot's links, filter time periods to analyze the volume of access, and much more!

 

How it works?

The Redirect Link extension was developed with the aim of assisting in click counting and knowing in which region people are clicking. 

The following features are offered:

  • Total link count.
  • Count by state.
  • Count by region.
  • Count by country.

 

Installation and Configuration

Upon activating the extension through the Blip Store, it should be installed in the ROUTER bot.

Follow the steps below to install the extension:

  • Log in to the Blip platform.
  • Access the Blip Store.
  • Search for Redirect Link and select it.
  • Install the extension on the desired router.

 

Configuration

After activation, you simply need to place the link in a builder block where you want your client to click on the link.

 

 

Dependencies

For the extension to work correctly, links need to be properly registered and configured in specific blocks of the bot.
