Introduction

The conversation filter by followers facilitates access to interactions from influential profiles based on the range of follower numbers entered by the operator. With this new feature, the author's bar now automatically provides this information.

Users can filter and easily find conversations that matter most to their brand, all in one place.

 

How It Works

To use the conversation filter by followers, select the conversation filter and enter the desired number of followers in the field as shown in the image below:

Then click apply.

 

Limitations

  • If the user does not fill in the "Number of Followers" field, the general filter will be applied.
  • If the minimum number is not specified, the filter will consider zero followers.
  • The filter does not allow decimal numbers (e.g., 1.5) or letters.

Attention! For Instagram, in the case of threads (comment replies), if one of the users involved has the corresponding number of followers according to the filter, the conversation will be returned in the search results, even if the other users do not have the required number of followers.

 

Restrictions

The number of followers will only be available for Instagram channels (exclusive to business accounts and content creators) Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube. The corresponding field in the filter will only be enabled if one of the two networks is selected.

Data Collection

The same token from the Business Discovery API is used, which can result in:

  • Increased consumption of the Instagram Business token.
  • Collection failures or slowdowns.
  • Failures or delays in updating page and post metrics.

 

Important: For interactions collected more than 6 months ago, the number of followers for profiles may be outdated.
