Access - STILINGUE Smart Care

STILINGUE Smart Care is an opportunity for managing your company's social media. This area is designed to bring together your proprietary pages in one place. Interactions on these pages are responded to here, without the need for other tools or the social media platforms themselves to address page users and consumers of your content. 

To access this area, go to the home screen of your STILINGUE platform and click on the icon in your search panel, as highlighted in the image:

You will be directed to the location where interactions are available for review. In addition to this option, you can also access STILINGUE Smart Care through the Listening sidebar. By clicking on "Conversations," you will also be directed to the main screen.
