How to access Report Manager Required permissions To be able to access the Report Manager screen, you must have the following permissions on the system:Analytics → “View and edit”. Attention! Currently, the tool is not available for the Free plan. In this case, you will need to upgrade your plan by accessing here. How to access: Access the portal; Select the company where your chatbot(s) is located; Then choose the chatbot; Then access the"Analysis"; And then, within Analysis, click on the "Report Manager". What reports can I export through the manager? In the report manager, you can export the following reports: Reports What it contains Active messages Active notifications' data with detailed data on active notifications sent and a summary of the data, usually grouped by template and bot. Event tracking All tracking events from your smart contact. Chatbot and user metrics It brings data from conversations between the customer and the bot with information from Waba, the bot, the user, date, time, among others. To extract these reports, follow these steps: Access the Report Manager; Choose the chatbot you want to perform the extraction; Define the period you want the data (limit of 90 days*); Select the report type that you want to export; click in"Generate report"; Ready! The system will process your request, and once it is ready, you can download the report at "My reports". About the reporting period The Report Manager allows you to extract historical data from up to 5 years, as long as the extraction is requested with periods of a maximum of 90 days. The data is D-1, that is, data from the current day is not extracted, only from the previous day backwards. Example: It is possible to select both 90 days of 2023 and 90 days of 2021, if it is within the last 5 years, it is possible to generate the report. It is possible to request several simultaneous exports, but be aware that the requested reports are available for 7 days, after this period it will be necessary to request them again.
