The Conversation Filter is a feature developed to select the topics for analysis in your research. You can combine data such as: publication date, type of interactions, annotated posts, among many others. Locate the filter icon on the right side of the page: See how ratings appear in the filter: 1. Sorted by In this field, you can identify the user who manually rated an interaction. 2. Ratings Manual rating, indicated by the pen icon, is a way to locate posts that have been manually marked by operators/agents. This option is not available in the STILINGUE Smart Care response area, only in Listening. You can search for deleted interactions in the system and on social media by selecting the option with the trash can icon. The icon will turn red. The deletion of interactions is irreversible, and they cannot be restored to STILINGUE Smart Care. This feature allows the interaction to be deleted from the system and the social network. It is possible to delete interactions on Instagram and Facebook. Note: after removing an interaction, you can locate it by selecting deleted conversations from the filter. However, it cannot be retrieved in searches. The action is irreversible. 3. Checked If necessary, opt for manually searching for checked publications. By clicking on this "checked" icon, it will turn blue. If you want to find interactions that have not been checked yet, click again to make the icon turn red. In addition to selecting filter parameters, you can "zoom" into the collected interactions to access the publications that triggered user expressions and other analytical data.
