STILINGUE has created a dedicated area to view and respond to user interactions on pages connected to the platform. Top Menu Explore the possibilities of this area by navigating the menu below: 1. Clear data This option functions as a page refresh. Clicking the icon reloads the same screen, clearing the data. 2. Reprocessing Status If you have made any changes in your Search Configuration and clicked on "Save and Reprocess", the progress of reprocessing will be displayed in this icon for visual updates in STILINGUE Smart Care. 3. Account Settings Menu Your account settings menu facilitates access to other areas of the tool: 4. Clear filter In this area, you can clear the information manually entered into the filter, reverting to the previous configuration of the default filter (available at the top of the screen). 5. Count of Filtered Conversations and Interactions This option displays the quantity of tickets and interactions loaded with respect to the filter. Within this area, there are the following types of interactions: 5.1. Conversations Here, the quantity of conversations in threads is counted. The number of Completed Conversations is the result of the sum of the Responded and Closed statuses. The total represents all other conversations returned in the filter. 5.2. Interactions Here, interactions are counted one by one. By interaction, we mean a sentence (or text) sent by the user to the page. An interaction is also the response that the page gives to the user. The set of interactions constitutes a conversation. 5.3. Non-owners This count is composed of messages sent only by followers or those who interact with the page; therefore, it does not include responses from the page owner. Immediately below is a count of "Owners", which are interactions made only by operators who are responsible for the page. 5.4. Conversations by Status Represents the quantity of conversations in each status, from left to right: Ignored, Pending, Open, Waiting, Responded, and Closed. 6. Conversation Filter Upon accessing the filter, you can choose which interactions you want to see on the STILINGUE Smart Care home screen. You can select specific interactions, call status, owner's pages, date, responders, and other criteria based on your objectives. 7. Show/Hide filter If you want to hide the filter view, select this option.
