This functionality allows sending responses through STILINGUE Smart Care based on automatic suggestions from terms and phrases stored in the Saved Responses system. By activating this option in your search, you can send a standard response without having to write the entire text. The system recognizes that the message is a saved response from you or someone on your team. How can I create a Saved Response? Before explaining how Smart Reply works, it's important to show how to create saved responses. Follow the steps below or refer to the guide for more details: Click on Saved Responses in the response field; Then go to "Manage Responses"; Enter the text and title in the respective fields; Click on "Create". Done. Now that you have a collection of Saved Responses, you can activate the Smart Reply option in your search and start handling inquiries with automatic messages. Note that your Saved Responses can be organized alphabetically or by creation date, providing more efficiency in finding them. Smart Reply Configuration By entering the first letter of the word (related to the saved response in the system), the functionality is activated. The text will appear as a suggestion in the response field, and you can accept this suggestion by pressing the "Tab" key on your keyboard: Smart Reply has two usage limitations: Limit of 1000 characters for suggestion. When typing in the response box, you will receive the saved suggestion in the system up to the character count of 999. After that, the suggestion no longer appears. Line breaks are not considered for phrase suggestions, only the last written paragraph. How can I acquire?
