The Notification Wizard is an extension tool designed to assist marketing professionals in creating Active Notification templates. This extension allows the creation of custom templates, tailored to the specific needs of the client, using a Generative Artificial Intelligence Model. The customization process is based on the information provided by the client during the template request. Thus, the Notification Wizard extension provides greater agility and efficiency in creating these templates, optimizing the time and resources of the marketing professionals involved.

For example: A marketing professional needs to create a Christmas campaign for a retail company involving special offers on electronics and decoration items. The Notification Wizard, when creating the personalized Active Notification template, would include textual customization with these products and seasonality, along with exclusive discounts and a captivating message for customers to enjoy the offers. In addition, the template can highlight the urgency of promotions, mentioning limited deadlines and stock availability. This focused approach helps capture the attention of the target audience, leading to greater interest in the campaign and, consequently, an increase in sales.

How it works?

The Notification Wizard acts as an efficient template creator, requiring only the filling of specific fields with relevant information.  Its functionalities include ensuring the customization of templates according to the inserted information, guaranteeing results adapted to the client's needs.

The extension offers a free plan that allows users to use the tool with up to 50 requests. This plan is designed to allow users to try the tool and explore its features before opting for a paid plan with additional features and greater request capacity.

Installation and Configuration

Upon activating the Notification Wizard extension via the Blip Store, it should be in a router, shortly after which it will be available for use.

Filling in the Fields for Generating Custom Templates

On the main page, carefully fill out the form to configure the Template request for the Notification Wizard.  It is of utmost importance that the information added in this form is correct to ensure the proper functioning of the tool.

Best Practices

The form fields are text fields, so pay attention to the correct spelling of the answers. 

• In the field "Company Name", enter only the company name with initial capital letters. 
• In the field "Template Objective", the response needs to be objective and direct. Additionally, here are some recommended best practices:
• Instructions need to be clear and concise: Formulate instructions directly, avoiding ambiguities and unnecessary complexities.
• Avoid inserting long instructions: The tool tends to work better with direct and short instructions, so avoid including unnecessary information.
• In the "Variables" field, type the variable name using all uppercase letters. It is crucial to provide a clear description of the variable's meaning so that the AI can understand it properly.

Usage examples

In this example, a marketing professional from a fictitious store called Flower Shop wants to send a message to customers who have abandoned products in their shopping carts. The goal is to offer a discount coupon to encourage completing the purchase. The message should have a friendly tone, use few emojis, and be written in English. Furthermore, it's important to include variables such as User's Name, Product Name, Discount Coupon, and Discount Coupon Value in the message. To meet these requirements, the marketing professional should fill in the table fields as follows:
