Installation and configuration Example use case Demonstration video Support Introduction The extension AutoMessage allows you to automatically send an engagement message when the customer exceeds the 24-hour WhatsApp session. For example: Imagine that the attendant has several conversations on his Blip Desk and is unable to pay attention to important messages that end up going beyond the WhatsApp session, with this extension, he will not worry about this, as AutoMessage will automatically send a message to re-engage the customer. How does it work? The extension AutoMessage presents as its main functionality to recover and engage customers and is supported on the channel WhatsApp . Installation and configuration When activating the extension via Blip Store, it must be installed in the bot ROUTER. After activation, you must: 1. Select the Human Service bot. 2. After selecting the bot, select the template you want to send (template/model no variable) such as: ‘Hello! Shall we talk again?’ 3. After completing the previous process, simply click on Activate Extension or Update, as shown in the screen above. 4. Finally, you will need to click on the link highlighted in red to install the extension on Google Chrome. When entering the screen below, click “Use in Chrome" and update the Blip Desk screen. OBSERVATION: As the message is sent after the 24-hour window, the charge for the template will be the same as the prices charged. Example use case Use Case 1: Customer Support for E-commerce Scenario: An online store that sells electronics receives many questions from customers about products, delivery times and return policies. Responses to these questions sometimes take longer than 24 hours due to the high volume of requests. Solution: With the extension, customer support can automate an engagement message that is sent after 24 hours, reminding the customer that the team is available to continue helping. The message might include something like: "We're here to help! If you need more information about your order or anything else, just reply to this message." Use Case 2: Sales Follow-up for New Product Launch Scenario: A cosmetics company is launching a new product line and is in contact with several leads who expressed interest during a marketing campaign. However, due to the volume of contacts, some responses may take longer than 24 hours. Solution: The extension can automate sending an engagement message after 24 hours to these leads, inviting them to resume the conversation: "Hi!
