To configure the sending of emojis, you will need to access the Blip portal. It is important to note that only Blip Go! admins can make this change.
Access the Blip portal here: https://blipatendimentotrial.blip.ai/applicationSelect the builder with the Desk variable, as shown in the image below.
Go to the top menu and select the [Support] section. A left-side menu will open. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select the [General Settings] option. In this menu, you'll find the [Emojis] option, which you can enable or disable.
When this feature is active, agents will be able to send emojis during a support session.
