To configure the maximum response time for the agent, you will need to access the Blip portal. It is important to note that only Blip Go! admins can make this change.

Select the builder with the Desk variable, as shown in the image below.
Go to the top menu and select the [Service] section. This will open a left-side menu. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select the [General Settings] option. In this menu, you will find the [Automatic Ticket Closure] option, which you can enable or disable.
When this function is active, tickets will be automatically closed due to inactivity.
When activating this function, you can configure the maximum time (number), and the unit of measure (seconds, minutes, hours, and days), as well as the possibility to enable inactivity alerts for the customer, add closure tags, and automatically remove tickets.
After configuring automatic ticket closure, click [Save].
