To configure audio sending, you need to access the Blip portal. Note that only Blip Go! admins can make this change.
Blip portal access: https://blipatendimentotrial.blip.ai/application Select the builder with the Desk variable, as shown in the image below.
Go to the top menu and select the [Support] section. A left-side menu will open. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select the [General Settings] option. In this menu, you will find the [Audio Sending] option, which you can enable or disable.
When this function is active, agents can record and send audio messages during a support session.
