To configure ticket transfer, you will need to access the Blip portal. Please note that only Blip Go! admins can make this change.

Select the builder with the Desk variable, as shown in the image below.
Go to the top menu and select the [Support] section. This will open a left-side menu. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select the [General Settings] option. In this menu, you will find the [Ticket Transfer] option, which you can enable or disable.
When this function is active, it's possible to transfer an ongoing ticket to another support queue or to a different agent.
