Context

To ensure the correct operation and stability of the Blip platform in your environment, allow access to the specified domains and ports on your corporate network.

 

Network whitelisting procedure

  1. Configure your firewall, proxy, or router security rules to allow outbound traffic to the required domains.

  2. Whenever possible, whitelist by domain rather than by fixed IP. Because the Blip platform infrastructure uses cloud services, IP addresses may be changed automatically without prior notice, which could cause unwanted blocks in your operation.

  3. Add access permissions for the complete list of addresses below, all configured for port 443 using the TCP protocol:

  • IDdoCONTRATO.blip.ai (Port: 443 | Protocol: TCP) — Replace the term IDdoCONTRATO with your Blip contract identifier.

  • chat.blip.ai (Port: 443 | Protocol: TCP)

  • api.blip.ai (Port: 443 | Protocol: TCP)

  • http.blip.ai (Port: 443 | Protocol: TCP)

  • ws.blip.ai (Port: 443 | Protocol: TCP)

  • tcp.blip.ai (Port: 443 | Protocol: TCP)

  • account.blip.ai (Port: 443 | Protocol: TCP)

  • ws.msging.net (Port: 443 | Protocol: TCP)

  • tcp.msging.net (Port: 443 | Protocol: TCP)

  • msging.net (Port: 443 | Protocol: TCP)

Security tips and alerts

  • Be careful when using fixed IPs: Avoid configuring rules based strictly on fixed IPs. Dynamic changes made by Blip's cloud providers will make these IPs obsolete, blocking communication with the bot and service channels.

  • Whitelisting domains for the platform and integrations: You can also allow direct access to the platform and integrated third-party services:

    • Blip (Platform): *.blip.ai

    • Zendesk (Ticket management): *.zendesk.com, *.zendesk.com.br

    • Zendesk Assets (Zendesk static resources): *.zdassets.com

    • Mailgun (Transactional email delivery): *.mailgun.net

    • Google Analytics (Usage metrics and analysis): *.doubleclick.net, *.google-analytics.com

    • Google Tag Manager (Script and tag management): *.googletagmanager.com

    • Google APIs (Google services and integrations): *.googleapis.com

    • Google Static Content (Google static resources): *.gstatic.com

    • AWS / Amazon Web Services (Cloud infrastructure): *.amazonaws.com

    • GitHub Pages (Web content hosting): *.github.io

    • Sentry (Error and performance monitoring): *.sentry.io

    • Sentry CDN (Sentry resources): *.sentry-cdn.com

    • Cloudflare (CDN and network security): *.cloudflare.com

    • Appcues (Onboarding and interactive elements): *.appcues.com

    • Microsoft CDN (Microsoft content distribution): *.msecnd.net
