Start here: How to activate the QnA Maker extension July 18, 2024 15:00 Updated The QnA Maker extension is a tool that allows you to connect your intelligent contact with Microsoft's QnA Maker Artificial Intelligence, a cloud-based NLP (natural language processing) service that enables you to create a natural conversation layer over your data.By activating this extension, the user can access existing knowledge bases through Blip or create new knowledge bases using their own resources in Microsoft Azure. From this initial setup, you can create, edit, and delete an unlimited number of questions and answers, creating an extensive knowledge base that will then be connected to the bot and used to respond to user questions. To use the QnA Maker Extension, simply select the bot you want and open the extensions area in the central menu: Then click "Activate" on the QnA Maker Extension: Finally, choose "Enabled" in the upper corner of the extension title: There you go!
