There may be some delay of minutes between your chatbot’s message or event exchange and when they are displayed on screen. To update the data, just click the “Update” button on the top right corner of the screen. Important information about the Dashboard 1) Availability of data: all data from 08/30/2022 will remain available for 90 days (3 months) for consultation for each chatbot’s Analysis module solutions, in the Blip portal. The router dashboard screen displays the collective data of all chatbots that are active and connected to the selected router. For that end, it is essential that the router context is activated. From the router, it is not possible to select a specific chatbot for analysis, but you can see the data from a specific chatbot by opening its Dashboard tab. Who can access the chatbots’ Dashboard? Every user of your organization with permission to access that specific chatbot and has the “Visualize” and “See and edit” fields active in the “Team” area of each chatbot. Why is the conversational flow contact number different from the contact section? The conversational flow section is processed from a processing database of single contacts that went and passed through the built flow’s conversational experience blocks.
