The Dashboard tab has automatized information, data, and indicators about your smart contact’s performance.

It is the best tool to get an overview of your chatbot’s main metrics, such as contacts, exchanged messages, conversational flow, and channels.

The data displayed are “near real time,” which means the data will be processed on the background. There may be some delay of minutes between your chatbot’s message or event exchange and when they are displayed on screen.

To update the data, just click the “Update” button on the top right corner of the screen.

Important information about the Dashboard

 

1)     Availability of data: all data from 08/30/2022 will remain available for 90 days (3 months) for consultation for each chatbot’s Analysis module solutions, in the Blip portal. To get more data, above the 90-day period, get in touch with our support team, which will send them to you on demand.

 

2)     The purpose of the data Analysis solutions is to offer intelligence and insight about your chatbot’s performance, using exclusive rules and filters for the displayed data. These data shall not be used for billing, but as your smart contact’s performance indicators, which help you build better conversations, experiences, and conversational flows.

 

3) The page with the billing data can be accessed in “Contract Panel” and “Consumption Data”. In it, your organization’s and contract’s displayed volumetry will be measured taking the metrics agreed upon in contract and applied to all your chatbots into consideration.

 

4)     The data displayed in the chatbot Analysis are linked to the time zone set in your computer.

 

5) The data displayed in the Blip portal’s chatbot Analysis module are processed, analyzed, and evaluated every day, and can change from one day to another due to said processing.

 

 

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions about the Dashboard

 

  1. What data interval is available for my analyses?

The data are available for consultation, in the Blip portal, in the Analysis solutions during the period of 90 calendar days (3 months) from today counting backwards. To get data from periods above 90 days, get in touch with our support team.

 

  1. What is the Dashboard screen behavior with a router?

The router dashboard screen displays the collective data of all chatbots that are active and connected to the selected router. For that end, it is essential that the router context is activated. From the router, it is not possible to select a specific chatbot for analysis, but you can see the data from a specific chatbot by opening its Dashboard tab. 

 

  1. Who can access the chatbots’ Dashboard?

Every user of your organization with permission to access that specific chatbot and has the “Visualize” and “See and edit” fields active in the “Team” area of each chatbot.

 

  1. Why is the conversational flow contact number different from the contact section?

The conversational flow section is processed from a processing database of single contacts that went and passed through the built flow’s conversational experience blocks. That is different from Single Contacts, which processes every contact, even if they did not move and advance through the conversational flow.

 

  1. What is the difference between the numbers of the Growth and Analytics Active Messages displayed on screen?

The numbers of active messages, on the Growth page, of the “Active Messages” or “Scheduler” menu, classify the active messages sent in campaigns by status as sent, received, read, etc., and encompass the messages sent by the WhatsApp and Messenger channels. As the number of “Active Messages Sent” on the Dashboard page, in the Analysis module, does not classify them by status and represents the total number of messages sent through multiple channels by the chatbot, triggered by Growth, WhatsApp broadcast, Blip Desk, API, SDK, etc., whenever the interval between the act of sending a message and the last message sent by the user is greater than 24h.

 

  1. The data displayed on the Dashboard screen can change?

The data displayed in the chatbot Analysis module are processed, analyzed, and counted every day, and can change from one day to another due to said processing.
