Introduction

The operation of the antivirus installed on your computer can affect access to the pages that make up the STILINGUE platform. To resolve potential issues, it is recommended to configure the antivirus to allow access to the pages without interference.

 

How to enable permission in antivirus?

The process below applies to the Avast and AVG antivirus programs:

  • Select your web browser and copy the URLs https://warroom.stilingue.com.br e https://stilingue.com.br. Then, open the antivirus program and select the Settings option in the menu located in the upper-right corner.
  • Click the Add Exception button. When the new screen opens, include the previously selected URLs, one at a time, and click Add Exception again to confirm the inclusion of each URL.
  • Close the antivirus program, open your web browser, and access the URLs to verify if the browsing is back to normal.
