STILINGUE Access Management May 06, 2024 15:09 Updated Index: Introduction Research/Dashboard Group (Users) Migration Permissions Introduction The account serves as an aggregator, bringing together all the research created by your brand into a single space for easy access. Just like research, it's also possible to have access to more than one account to input different research projects according to each client's needs. Research/Dashboard What we refer to as research or a panel is the space where you will actually conduct searches for social media and blog publications based on the terms registered in the collection groups within your Research Configuration. The research is integrated into your account and can be accessed at any time, and you can register more than one research project within an account as needed. Remember that in some cases (such as research managed by agencies, for example), creating research per account can be a more interesting alternative. Group (Users) Here, the term refers to the group of users with access to your account and research created in the STILINGUE platform. In other words, it's different from the groups responsible for collecting publications as part of your Research Configuration. Migration It's the process of transferring a research project (including all publications and classifications made) between different accounts. This process can be useful if there's a need to move the research to a new account within the same organization, for example. It's important to note that in more complex cases, the migration of research projects will be considered a separate service and will be charged separately. Permissions Users in a group (those who have access to accounts and research) can have different access permissions within STILINGUE. There are two main types of platform access permissions: the first type is per account and covers reader, operator, and administrator levels. For this permission, users are invited to a specific account and can only view the account they were invited to. The second type of permission is per group and is restricted only to the master, who also holds the highest level of hierarchy within permissions.
