What Is the Correct Way for Agencies to Grant Access to My Brand's Account for External Users? May 07, 2024 12:34 Updated Index: Introduction Use Cases Introduction First, it's essential to highlight that the process of granting access to external users (i.e., those not part of the organization) should be aligned with the account manager and approved by STILINGUE, as per clause 3.4 of the Platform's Terms of Use. Agencies are contracted by other clients, so often, the end clients request the sharing of dashboard information to monitor the data and analyses provided by the platform. STILINGUE suggests the following scenario for external users to adapt to account sharing: The responsibility of the contract lies with the agency, as it is entering into a legal agreement formalizing the contractual relationship with STILINGUE. The agency does not have the power of representation to assume duties and rights on behalf of the client. If the end client wishes to have access to data in an account managed by the contracted agency, it is necessary to sign a separate Responsibility Agreement to be sent to STILINGUE, along with the request and justification for the client to access an account that is not their responsibility (as the account is within the agency's organization). This action can be requested via email to contratos@stilingue.com.br with a copy to compliance@stilingue.com.br and your account manager. Learn more about this type of access within STILINGUE's Terms of Use. Use Cases There are specific cases where the end client (who contracted the agency) grants access to the agency to carry out operations, making them responsible (master user) for using STILINGUE while maintaining the client's access to the platform. In this situation, where the agency itself grants access to its client, the following precaution should be taken: To grant access to the client, it's essential that the client's research is not in the same account as the agency. Considering that the contract is directly signed with the client, we should create a separate account for the brand to ensure it does not mix with other brands that are the agency's responsibility.
