It's during this phase that you'll receive all the necessary guidance to take your first steps as a STILINGUE by Blip user. First stage of onboarding: In the kickoff meeting, you will gain access to a playlist of pre-recorded, asynchronous training videos. These videos cover all modules of STILINGUE by Blip, explaining everything you need to know to get started. The videos are available for you and your entire team to refer to whenever needed. Second stage of onboarding: This stage includes technical training in addition to the account onboarding. During these training sessions, you and your team will have the opportunity to ask questions that arose while watching the initial videos, receive assistance with setting up, and get help with all the information and examples you need to feel comfortable and capable of using STILINGUE by Blip. The first scheduling of these training sessions can be done during the kickoff. The remaining sessions and the required quantity will be planned with the onboarding team, taking into account your needs and progress in using STILINGUE by Blip.
