Manage active account April 26, 2024 15:47 Updated Index: Introduction Advanced Settings Share Account Introduction Invite new users and refine your STILINGUE account settings. Managing your active account is the area where you can find the key information about your account within STILINGUE. In addition to viewing this information, in this space, you can change settings, remove (or add) users, change the name, or even delete the account. To access it, locate the menu in the upper right corner of the screen and click on "Manage Active Account": In the first part of the page, you can discover the user and organization responsible for the account you are accessing. Just click on the tooltip next to the title "Manage Account." You can also edit information about the brand (account name), company (organization it belongs to), category (area of operation), and change the account-related photo, if necessary. Also in the upper right, the "Back" button allows you to return to the STILINGUE home screen. If you want to save any changes in any setting in this area before exiting, remember to click the "Save Changes" button. Advanced Settings This section provides two important functions for your account, and only the account creator or the account master can make these changes. The first one determines whether the creation, editing, and deletion of surveys in the account can only be performed by the account master and creator. By choosing the "No" option (and confirming with the red button), you authorize users with other permission levels to perform these actions. Attention! It's important to note that the Active Account Management area cannot be accessed by external users in accounts where this option is enabled (marked as "Yes"), even if other users have administrator permissions. This restriction occurs because the "Yes" option limits permissions to the master only. The second function allows for the deletion of the account and all included surveys by clicking the red "Remove account" button. Attention! Account removal is an irreversible process. Even if you have the necessary permission level, it is advisable to align any decisions regarding these settings with your team and Success Manager before proceeding. Share Account The option to invite new users is restricted only for the master or administrator of the account. After filling in the spaces provided for the name and email of the new user, click "Invite." The user will receive an email containing the access password to navigate the tool. Note: If you use SSO login in STILINGUE, when sending invitations to new users, make sure they are registered with your identity provider (IDP), as failing to do so will prevent access to the account. Below, you will find a list of all the users listed in the account. Here, you can check the name, email, status, and take actions such as removing access or canceling an invitation for account sharing. Use the Search field on the right to look for a specific name within the list. Attention! Please remember that this column represents some user criteria. The "account owner" option is not related to permissions; it exclusively refers to the account creator.
