Manage Permissions October 21, 2024 15:03 Updated Index: Introduction How to configure Introduction Organize your team's access to your STILINGUE accounts. Within the STILINGUE platform, it is possible to create custom access levels and, when necessary, restrict the viewing of tool sections for different users, in addition to the permissions already existing in the system. This control is carried out in the Manage Permissions area, ensuring that the same account can be accessed by different teams without concerns about undesired changes such as alterations to search settings, removal of posts, or other modifications, for example. The master user is solely responsible for controlling access and permissions within the tool. The differences between the master and other user categories will be explained later, along with a step-by-step guide for configuring permissions. How to configure 1. Manage Permissions To access the area, click on the menu available in the upper right corner. 2. Access Levels Within the page, go to "Access Levels" to choose one of the default categories (you can choose from: master, administrator, operator or reader) or create a custom level. To create a new level, enter the desired name in the "Add Level" field and press Enter, so the level will be created with the name you defined. 3. Permissions When selecting the access level created, you can customize the permissions granted to users. 4. Delete Click the button to delete custom access. When you perform this action, users associated with this access return to the default operator level set by the platform. Note: The predefined levels in the tool cannot be deleted. Attention! Users with reader permission have limitations on actions within the platform: Apply saved filter YES Create a saved filter NO Edit saved filter NO Remove saved filter NO For more information, visit the discussion on the subject at our community or videos on our channel. 😃 Related articles Users - Permissions Managing Access Permissions Manage active account Customization - Permissions Open Sea Data Handling - YouTube
