Customization - Permissions May 06, 2024 12:21 Updated Index: Introduction How do the permissions work? Introduction Understand how to configure user actions when accessing your surveys. Managing Permissions is the area responsible for creating and controlling access and permissions for the members of your team. Check the first part of the guide to learn how to select, create, or remove different levels of access. How do the permissions work? After creating a new level of access, you have the option to create custom permissions and grant them to users. This way, you can choose what each user can edit and view based on their access level. The Permissions section is divided into three main segments: 1. Settings 1.1 Is it a master? This simply indicates which permission level has master status. You cannot change the master permission within the account. If another user needs master permission, you must contact Customer Support to initiate the process. 1.2 Can view search settings? The user may or may not view the Search Configuration. 1.3 Can view access levels and permissions? The user may or may not view the access levels and permissions of this search. 1.4 Can create/edit search/influencer hub settings? Indicates whether the user can make changes to the Search Configuration if it has been previously contracted. When this option is selected, item 1.7 ("can create new tags during annotation") is automatically activated as well. This behavior is in place so that the user can add tags to the Search Configuration. Disabling this option does not automatically deactivate the other. 1.5 Can edit access levels and permissions? Allows the user to edit and create new access permissions. 1.6 Can annotate a post? The user can classify posts collected in the search through manual annotations, such as Group, Theme, Tag, and Sentiment. 1.7 Can create new tags during annotation? In this case, the user can create new tags that did not previously exist in the Search Configuration by manually annotating a publication. As mentioned earlier, this option is automatically enabled if item 1.4 is. 1.8 Can edit Automation module? Allows the user to view and edit new rules in the Automation module. 2. Smart Care 2.1 Can annotate interactions and conversations in the Conversations module? The user can classify interactions within STILINGUE Conversations (if previously contracted), such as: theme, Tag, Sentiment, Criticality, Status, Respondent, among others. Note: If this option to annotate interactions is disabled, the user cannot respond to interactions or view/create internal notes when using STILINGUE Smart Care. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the selection to annotate publications (in Settings) is enabled. 2.2 Can you respond to comments/posts? Can the respondent be changed in the Conversations module? 2.3 Can you change the respondent of a conversation in the Conversations module? The user can tag a conversation for themselves or for any other respondent from the research. 2.4 Can you list to see a queue of conversations? The user can view queues and add notes to a conversation queue, even if the response option is not enabled. 3. Access In this list, the accesses to the different modules of the STILINGUE platform will be defined. To know which modules are described in the image above, just look at the sidebar menu of the Listening area: For more information, visit the discussion on the subject at our community or videos on our channel. 😃 Related articles Managing Access Permissions Data Extractor (Access to data) How to create a human service solution on WhatsApp Action: HTTP request SSO - STILINGUE
