Introduction Learn how to manage different authorized accesses in your account. Managing Permissions is the area responsible for creating and controlling accesses and permissions for members of your team who use the STILINGUE platform. Check out the first and second parts of the guide to learn how to create different levels of access and understand how custom permissions work. Within Managing Permissions, the initial part of the page displays the organization to which you belong and your access level, and just below that, the access levels and permissions available for the selected level. After creating an access level and defining the permissions, the next step is to choose which users from your team will be selected for this level. Differences between organization users and external users. Below the access and permission blocks, you will identify two areas related to the account users. The two lists will display a photo (when available), name, email, and access level (which can be changed by a master user). They are: 1. Organization Users Shows all users from your company who have access to accounts created within the STILINGUE platform. In addition to the main information about each user mentioned above, this list features the System Access field, which allows you to block or unblock the user's participation in the account by clicking on the padlock icon. 2. External Users with Account Access Gathers all users who can access your accounts but do not necessarily belong to your company or team. This list also displays information about the user along with the Organization field, which indicates the name of the company the user is part of.The main difference between an internal user and an external user is that while the internal user is a part of the company or team and has access to that group as their primary one, external users are individuals who have another group as their primary and access your group as secondary. And as a secondary user, this individual cannot become the master of the account, should it become of interest to them at any point. In addition to the fields mentioned in each list, you can also select the number of users per page and search for a specific name: This way, you can manage and edit access levels and permissions not only for members of your team but also integrate collaborators from other organizations who need to view your company's accounts. It's worth noting that each account can have a different list of users and permissions. To select the user's access level in another account, simply click on the desired account and choose the desired access in the corresponding field.
