Learn how to use the Notes feature in STILINGUE Conversations

Improve user responses and keep your team updated with the STILINGUE Conversations feature in the Observations field, which is located within Author and Publication. There, you can specifically view the user responsible for the comment, mention, or any other type of interaction on the pages connected to the tool. 

What it's for 

The Observations field allows the attendant to leave internal messages for the team with important information about a particular user. This functionality can contribute to improving the flow of personalized responses, according to each user interacting with the page. 

To include a note about the user, click on the highlighted tab above. Then, enter the text in the presented box:

The message will be saved in Observations. After this process, whenever a team member encounters the user in question, they can refer to the message before responding.
