The STILINGUE Conversations Report area is a crucial tool for tracking tickets handled by the platform from the perspective of service, respondent ratings, and annotations. To access information in this area, you need to have master or administrator permissions on the platform. Note: Even when using the permissions configuration feature (customizing them), only the master and account administrator can access the report. Access this area by clicking on the sidebar icon on the STILINGUE Smart Care screen: Once the screen is available for viewing, you can generate the report based on the data you choose in the filter.
