By accessing the Report through the tab, you can locate among the tickets provided by your team, changes in the status of conversations, number of closed tickets in relation to time and several other graphs. Follow the graph Conversation Funnel This graph shows how many new and pending conversations still exist in the filtered period. For New Conversations, it is understood as those that had their first interaction within the date range applied to the filter. "New Conversations" refer to those that had the first interaction within the applied date range filter. These are conversations that started within this date range without any prior interaction. The pending conversations refer to all discussions with a Pending status, which may have been answered previously. Currently (during the filter period), they are marked as pending in the tool. You have the option to click on the bar and then "View Conversations" to be directed to the filter with the conversations (back to the STILINGUE Smart Care area): Next to it is the accumulated quantity of pending items throughout the collected period of the filtered page. The percentage next to each data point represents the increase or decrease compared to the same period before the filter.
