Follow the graph Conversations by Status x Time See the number of conversations received and classified in each of the categories, Pending, Ignored, Open, Answered, and Closed. The date that appears on the graph is according to the status change. By hovering the cursor over the lines of the graphs, you have access to the number of conversations by date. Note: In this graph, the "Pending" line shows data for all pending conversations accumulated up to the period. The other statuses show data for all status changes made in the filtered period, regardless of the date of the conversation.
