Follow the graph Average Response Time Funnel The graph shows how much time was spent for conversations to move through these statuses: 1. Opening Average time (in minutes) it takes to transition from Pending to Open status. 2. Pending The average time (in minutes) it takes for a conversation to go from Pending, Open, or Responded to On Hold. 3. Response Average time (in minutes) it takes for a conversation to move from Pending or Open to Responded. 4. Closing Average time (in minutes) it takes for a conversation to move from Pending, Open, or Responded to Closed. 5. Average Capture Time Average time the system takes to capture an interaction.
