The Ticket & Annotations Report area of STILINGUE is a very important tool for monitoring tickets responded to via the platform from the perspective of service, classifications, and annotations of respondents. To locate information in this area, one must have master or administrator permission in the tool. Note: even when using the permission configuration feature (customizing them), only the master and account administrator can access the report. Limitations of Ticket & Annotations Report Within the export: In the Interactions Tab, the following columns will return as zero: Column M - Sentiment Column S - Tags Column T - Themes Column V - Boosting In the interface graphs TikTok interaction data will not be displayed in the following graphs: Interactions by Sentiment x Time Distribution by Themes Distribution by Tags Wordcloud of Publications Ticket Volume by Tags Sentiment by Tags Sentiment by Themes The TikTok API's usage policy does not allow the extraction and display of sentiment, theme, and tag data in interactions. Therefore, the graphs will not show TikTok interactions.
